I am trying to test -> SAPUI5 says "Hello OData" to NetWeaver Gateway , however i am getting a empty table. I am working with trial NetWeaver Gateway system.
I attached some pictures: Odata Services, SAPUI5 framework in a directory in the Gateway's filesystem and part of html test,
I put SAPUI5 framework and html test in a dir gateway filesystem because i had problems with same origin policy( first i tried using tomcat).
Someone have any idea about solve this problem ?

I'm trying to modify a formula that displays fields of address1 and address2 while adding the city, state and zip.
Currently the formula looks like this:

I tried modifying Addr1 to be:
Addr1 = ({rpt_AddressDetail.Addr1} + ChrW(13) + {rpt_AddressDetail.City} + ChrW(13) + {rpt_AddressDetail.State} + ChrW(13) + {rpt_AddressDetail.Zip})
But that is not displaying the City/State/Zip in the report.

I am seeing File/Hadoop csv,xml,json adapters available in SP4 but I could not find the way to connect to Hadoop.

I've hit a bit of a roadblock and could use some direction. I have recently implemented the newer ESS_WDA role in our sandbox environment to see what it had all to offer. Using LPD_CUST to customize the ESS launchpad role, instance = menu, I have successfully implemented the Record Working Time WD application and have it running fine. Using CAC1 I created two profiles, ESS (without approvals) and Z_ESS_A (with approvals). Using the ESS profile, a user can enter time into their ESS time sheet, save, and thus time is entered into CATS and their IT2001/2002.
Now, Z_ESS_A is another story. Some time this year, we'd like all our US administrative personnel to enter time using ESS Recording Working Time (HRESS_A_CATS_1) however, they would need to have all their time approved by their reporting manager (or a backup) before it goes into IT2001/2002.
I'm a bit fuzzy on the process, but I would like the approval to be done by their reporting manager in Manager Self-Service using the Approve Time Sheet application (HRMSS_A_CATS_APPROVAL) and not by click on some link in their UWL. I assume this is set up by assigning a task in the workflow section under Approval in the data entry profile, but I have no idea what task to assign. Do we need to create a custom task? Am I on the right path or is there another path I should be pursuing? Ideally, if the manager is unable to approve the associate's time sheet, we would have a backup enter their MSS and approve time sheets that haven't been approved by the direct manager yet.
I did notice the Approve Working Time section in the IMG. Is this where I need to set up the approvals? I noticed a SAP_LINE view, however I read this uses a line manager relationship dictated in OM, however we do not use that relationship (A002/B002). We simply use the A003 (Manages/Belongs to) relationships, thus the task would identify the chief of the org unit and use that relationship to decide who to send the time sheet approval to.

I am trying to upload Electronic Bank Statement for incoming Wires Payment.
I am using Interpretation Algorithm 015: Clearing Transaction: Selection using assignment.
It populates Bank Ref: from BAI file to ZUONR field.
My problem is it ignores first 2 alphabets from the Note to Payee.
Example - Note to Payee line looks as follows -
88,OTHER REFERENCE: IA009957456872/
ZUONR field will be populated with "009957456872".
I want it to be populated with "IA009957456872".

I am trying to put a URL link on the BI Launchpad login screen (BO 4.1 SP3) . This link will take a user to a webpage where they can reset their passwords in BW. (Client is using SAP BW authentication and as per security policy user needs to rest the BW password every 45 days. Their preference is to have a link on BI Launchpad login screen which can help them to do so).
Is there a way i can add a link on BI Launchpad login screen. I tried a few options by customizing the BIlaunchpad.properties file and redeploying it through wdeploy but am struggling to add a link which the user can actually click. Any help or direction will be much appreciated.

I'm trying to use sp_helpsegment to determine how full the transaction log is. It seems one would expect 'used_pages' + 'free_pages' = 'total_pages'. However, this is not the case with my results. Am I misinterpreting the meaning of these fields, or is the data stale? If it is stale, is there some command I can run to refresh the data?
I have to place my sub report below my main report because my main report is OLE Object of New York State tax form which overlays my sub report which displays the information to fill in the form 16 lines at a time. I need totals however at the bottom of the form which I have on the sub report but the shared value will show only on the 3rd page and after since the sub report is below the main report.
I tried placing a copy of the sub report above the main report so that I can use the shared variables but now they all come out 0 instead of at least showing up on the 3rd page.
Any other suggestions?
Also how can I sum a summed number every 16 lines?

I have one issues
when I activate the RULE based ATP in the checking instruction and it works well, but the system can not use the checking horizon function, this will cause if there is no enough stock in the triggering plant and substitution plant, the system can not confirm all requirement.
I want the system works like this
1. first check stock in the triggering plant and substitution plant , if the substitution plant has a stock the system will generate a STO order
2. if there is not enough stock in triggering plant and substitution plant, the system will confirm the remaining requirement in the triggering plant using check horizon.
how to do that?
does anyone have encounter this issue?
by the way, I have tried if I activate the RBA in the checking instruction and checking horizon in the check control, the RBA will not work, the system will only confirm the trigger plant stock , even if the substitution plant have enough stock , the system will ignore them.
if I only activate the RBA, the check horizon can not not be used.
I want to use both.

I have some data loaded in BW flow from Nov 13 to Till date.Its a daily load.Now the client wants the data before Nov. 13 also.One month data has above 2 crore records.Its an FIGL Load.As its a daily load,i have a small window of time to load the history data before the daily data load happens.So i plan to load data for 1 month at a time.
How to go about this.Repair Full i need to do?Have not done it before,can anyone guide?Any chance of PSA getting corrupt?How will delta work
?Will it affect the daily load?Do i need to make the history request red in PSA to load and then load into my flow maually when the daily chain is not going as the FIGL load goes into many other flows.Its in the Production so if anything goes wrong.Everything will be impacted.

We have implemented CJ20N screen enhancement(CI_PROJ and CNEX0006) long ago and it is working fine in PRD.
After few years now we come across some requirement which required adding few more fields in CI_PROJ.
As per the normal procedure I have added the fields in CI_PROJ and custom screen is also enhanced and tested with all possible scenarios
with 100% correct results.
Now the issue is when we move this enhancement to QA, newly appended fields to CI_PROJ is not showing in QA system when I see the PROJ table.
At the same time screen which I modified is coming correct in QA( when I see it using SE51).
Note: Project in CMOD (ZPS_XYZ) is active.
Any Help is highly appreciated.
